Caregiver Self Care Workshop

Please join us for a short presentation on the
importance of Self-Care when providing in-home care
or caregiving in any setting. Following the presentation
we will have time for you to chat, eat, and ask
questions. Lunch will be provided. We will be able to
accommodate some caregivers bringing those they
care for with them and provide activities.*
